You may return eligible merchandise within 7 days of its delivery if you are unsatisfied for any reason.
All returns must be unused and in perfect condition in its original, unmarked packaging within 7 days of its delivery for a refund. You will be responsible for all shipping and delivery charges. Once your request is received and approved, will issue you a return authorization number. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment.
Please note: All "Final Sale" merchandise is not eligible for return. Be sure to note if your item is eligible for return prior to purchasing it.
In-stock items typically ship 24–48 hours after the order is placed. You may only cancel an order if it has not yet shipped or is on back-order. Once an item has shipped, we cannot accept cancellation. We also cannot accept cancellation for custom orders.
We are not currently able to reship products that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered merchandise will be automatically restocked and subject to 15% service fee. Please keep this in mind when making your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the damaged merchandise. In order to be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please contact our Customer Service team at carvedcanvas.com or by calling 303.835.1202 to request an exchange.
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of your canvas, we'll be more than happy to refund it in full. Please return your item in its original packaging with a copy of your receipt/packing slip to:
